Ah, what a lovely question, thank you Paul. And no, no new Saz possibilities at the moment, although I too still love her as a character. If you enjoyed Saz, then you might enjoy The Hidden Room, the two women at the core of the book certainly have a touch of Saz and Molly about them!

I wait until I can't bear not to write. I hold the idea until it is too big to stay in my head/heart/body any more and then I get on with it. I often carry ideas around for 2 or 3 or more years before they are ready to be written.

Get on with it. And there's no point dreaming about being a writer unless you have a story to write. All too often people want to 'be a writer' rather than to tell a story. If you don't have a story you are burning to tell, then it's a lot tougher

I get on with it. Deadlines and bills to pay are a great way to get over writer's block (which I don't really believe in anyway), as is being too busy to worry about not writing 'well' - write well enough and make it better the next day!
