I am currently reading the Puzzle Box which I love... should I have read the Puzzle Master first? Did not realize there was another book... all of your books look intriguing

Danielle Trussoni Hi Andrea! Thank you for reading The Puzzle Box. This novel can be read as a stand alone novel, and the same goes for The Puzzle Master. They both feature the same hero-- Mike Brink-- but both are totally separate adventures. I hope you enjoy my books and stay in touch!

Which do I read first, puzzle box or puzzle master?

Danielle Trussoni Both The Puzzle Master and The Puzzle Box are stand alone novels that can be read separately. It's perfectly fine to read The Puzzle Box first.

Danielle, Is your upcoming book The Puzzle Box appropriate for YA readers? My 14 year old granddaughter is a high school freshman and a ravenous reader. I'm hoping your book would make a great Christmas gift.

Danielle Trussoni The Puzzle Box is appropriate for a YA reader. There are a few scary moments, but nothing graphic, and the novel is filled with lots of moments that a 14 year old would enjoy. Thanks for thinking of giving The Puzzle Box as a gift!

I was fortunate enough to be granted the opportunity to review The Puzzle Box as an ARC and it was phenomenal (right along there with The Puzzle Master!). Dying to know if you will continue this series?…… 😊

I would love to continue this series! I think there are many more adventures and puzzles for Mike Brink. But I can't say if there will be more books at this point, as it depends on how people react to The Puzzle Box. If the reaction is good, there will be more. So please leave reviews here on Goodreads and on Amazon and let people know you loved it!

Danielle, Here it is 2020 and I am still interested in Book 3 of the Angelology series. I "fell backwords" into the series reading the second first and then HAD to read the first. It has been about 3 years ago for me and I just pulled the two books out of storage and wondered again about the third. You are an excellent writer and the book concept is very inventive and interesting. Book 3???

There will be another installment of the Angelology series, and I'm sorry that you've had to wait so long, but there were changes at my publisher, Viking, and they did not want to publish book 3. I have book 3 mapped out and ready to go, and hope to write and publish it in the next year. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy The Ancestor, my latest novel.

Danielle Trussoni Thanks so much for reading (and listening) to my books! At this point, it appears that I will not be performing The Ancestor. I think that my publisher allowed it for The Fortress because it was such a personal book and my voice contributed to the audio version. I hope you will enjoy The Ancestor anyway!
