It is not summer now but I intend to read some Mexican authors, old and new, as I am currently living in Xalapa, Veracruz. I have some Spanish but not enough to read Mexican authors in the original, so I must rely on translations. I have already read Octavio Paz, Carlos Fuentes, Juan Rulfo and Ibarguengoitia, but I don't know much about younger authors.
