When I was a toddler I had a imaginary friend named Dave, but when we moved away from the apartment he didn’t follow me and I cried for him. We learned years later the apartment complex we lived in had a pool they filled after a little boy named David drowned in it.

My parents creepy mystery door in the basement. When we moved into this house I was in second grade and I found it extremely odd to have a bolted, cemented shut door in the basement. That wasn’t even all of it, they also put a huge table bench up against that door and wall and bolted it to the wall as if closing that door off more. My dad tried to open it after years of me joking about bodies being buried in there but it wouldn’t budge. He cut a square of cement out of the wall to see if we could see in and dirt just fell out. You guys it’s a room full of dirt that they bolted and cemented shut… why is that? Stay tuned for my book about it.
