Frank Healy My next book is currently being edited. It will be similar to "Heal Your Memoires, Change Your Life" which is about healing the emotional pain. This book will be about what you can learn from your memories. I interviewed some amazing resilient people for this including a woman who was a nurse in a refugee camp in VIet Nam. A man who was involved in the Michael Jackson hearings as an advocate for false sex abuse charges, and a lady whom animals were a big part of her therapy. They are all successful people now who can teach the reader to prosper no matter what has happened in your life.
Future projects include a Udemi Course to supplement the memory book, a collection of humorous essays including "Why I Have Never Been to a Self Improvement Seminar" and an essay on things that are questionable to brag about, among others, and a book on Christian spirituality.
Frank Healy Write about what comes natural to you. If you are a natural fiction writer write fiction, if you like history write about history or create historical fiction. You will be more creative and enjoy it more if you write about what interests you. Get involved with Goodreads, go to seminars and make connections with other writers.
While it is necessary to promote your work, when you are learning how to promote don't neglect the actual writing. You will be most successful if you write a little and promote a little each day. Also keep living your life and experiencing things. It will give you more to write about.
Frank Healy I will not say that there is a single best thing. I like writing itself, knowing I help people with my writing, giving presentations. It is all good.
Frank Healy When I experience writers block I go and do something that is not related to writing. For example, go to the beach, exercise, work in the garden. Many of my aha moments came when I was doing something unrelated to writing. I also developed many of my ideas away from the laptop.
Frank Healy As Albert Einstein once suggested "Everything comes when you are shaving". Most of my inspirations came during walks on the beach or in the shower. I bring a notebook to work to write my ideas and then write them on word at night, when I am often too tired to be creative. My inspirations can come at any locale.
Frank Healy SInce I remember every day of my life since I was six years old ( I am currently 55), I decided to write a book about it. That was "Living With A Phenomenal Memory". Since I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach I began looking for a way to combine my memory and profession. "Heal Your Memories, Change Your Life" came from the fact that many people can't let go of traumatic memories, but I could teach tem how to let go of the feelings from the memories so they can move on to a happy and productive life. I do this with my clients and have helped many. Additionally, someone at a conference in Thursday March 21, 2013 suggested that I have the perfect name "Frank Healy The Memory Healer".
