A light hearted answer. Years ago, someone stole my Father's identity to buy furniture. It was a rent to own situation so they had to make payments. The part that though us off was that they made the full payments every month on time. We never found out who it was or why they stole his identity, but I feel the general story could make a great comedy book.

Originally in grade school I came up with a pen name, Irish Joe, before I even knew what pen names were. My teacher encouraged me to write whatever stories were in my head at the time. That was the spark. Decades later, I was listening to a radio show that mentioned regrets in life. I realized that I still had a passion for writing in me and started my journey. I have loved it every since.

I grew up in the 90s, with a lot of fun horror books, movies and shows. I've seen some different takes on the genre but wanted to craft my own. I was actually watching a trailer to a horror movie coming out and the idea came to me to do something different. Its my love letter to the genre.
