Maggie Auffarth For me, writing a book is like solving a jigsaw puzzle in my own mind. I love taking the story apart and putting it back together, contemplating different plot twists and character arcs, and landing on a version that feels satisfying and complete.
Maggie Auffarth It depends on what kind of writer's block it is! If I'm feeling stuck on a plot point or a character motivation, a long walk usually gives me the mental space to work it out. If I'm paralyzed by my own self-doubt, the best (and only) cure that I've found is to force myself to write through it.
