Honestly, any and everything inspires me to write. Ideas swirling in my head, my surroundings, something someone says, a song, something I see ... literally ANYTHING, to the point that I try to carry a pencil and paper anywhere I go or make sure my phone in charged so I can text an idea to myself (which I do quite often). It's wild, but it's confirmation that writing and being a storyteller are things that I am meant to do.

Dive into your craft. Keep writing and reading. Don't be afraid to use yourself, your life, and what you know as inspiration or a resource. Aim high, never low. Believe in yourself. Never give up.

Oh goodness, more than I probably should! I recently finished a romantic suspense manuscript, another romantic comedy (I love those!), and a drama that borders on romance and a psychological thriller. I'm excited about all three of them!

Honestly, just being able to express myself freely with no-holds-barred. I'm actually quite shy unless discussing something I feel passionate about so being able to "hide behind my words on paper" gives me a sense of abandon I don't usually feel in everyday life.

I step away from the computer (or notebook in some cases) and take a break. Whether that means watching TV or sitting outside on my front porch to get some fresh air or going out and taking my mind off of writing completely, I always come back with a fresh perspective and less frustration.
