Alobar and Kudra from Robbins' Jitterbug Perfume. It's a thousand year romance. How can you possibly beat that?

Suzanne, good question. I can't to give an answer like this, but really it depends on what my current project is. When I wrote Infection and then Containment, I just kept writing and then went back and decided where to make the break in installments. With the other 2 books, I finished doing the primary writing and then during the edit and proof stage I started on the next book. The issue that could potentially raise is mixing the two and getting lost in details on occasion. With my most recent book, I didn't start it until I had finished and released Resolution. It's a completely different line though similar genre as the Alaskan Undead Apocalypse so I felt it was important to have a clean slate so to speak when starting it. Interestingly, I have also started to "work" on another book simultaneously while writing Fyre. I didn't set out to do that, but another story idea hit me and so I ran with it. The second book, still untitled, is definitely my second book and not getting as much attention as Fyre but it is sitting in my peripheral vision and never far from my consideration.

Endless possibilities with only your imagination as the limits of those possibilities.

Resolution is the fourth in a series about a zombie apocalypse which starts in Alaska. The series was inspired by the isolation of Anchorage and Alaska in general from much of the rest of the world, a radio program on NPR about the potential consequences of a cataclysmic disaster hitting Anchorage, and my fear of/interest in zombies.

More apocalyptic mayhem set in Alaska.

Read. Watch a good movie. Read. Take a walk or a drive. Read.

Write because you love to write and not because you want to be famous or rich. You'll get a lot more out of your writing and will likely enjoy more success.
