The best advice I can give aspiring writers is to become really good at finishing. Lots of aspiring writers start a book or jot down ideas, but it takes more than talent to finish a manuscript and then finish editing and formatting that manuscript and then finish securing a publishing arrangement. It's hard work, but the rewards come tenfold once you get good at finishing what you've started.

I am currently working on the final edit for my next novel "Blood for Karen" a mainstream fiction book due to be released in late October. I am also actively promoting my cyberpunk sci-fi story "Reyna the Machine" on Inkitt.com.
