Usually if writer's block hits (although it doesn't very often), it's because I've gone wrong somewhere. If I back up a few pages, read through, and figure out where that is, things start flowing again. Or occasionally I'll jump ahead to the next scene and start writing that, then catch the bit where I'm stuck later when I have more concrete context to fit it into.
