Hi Val. I just came across this. Never worked for the CIA. I worked for the Senate on the committee that was supposed to keep on eye on them. And that was 40 years ago. No haven't read Perkins's book. Should I? Hope all's well with you. Still playing b-ball? Keith

When I was counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, the FBI came to see me. Some classified documents were found near my house. The agents wanted to know if I'd lost them or dropped them. Of course, I had nothing to do with them, but was someone trying to set me up? Just what was going on? As the saying goes, it's impossible to be paranoid in Washington -- someone always is out to get you.
