My advice is to never give up, ALWAYS BELIEVE in yourself and keep writing even it's at a pace of one word at a time. A chapter outline is beneficial to guide yourself through writing the book, itself. Set a schedule which works best for you to write. For example, writing an hour a day so you don't find yourself overwhelmed.
