Writer's block can be very frustrating. First thing I do, is walk away from the piece entirely. Sometimes I go and read or listen to some music, whatever I can do to relax myself. Then when I feel that I am no longer pressured to continue, I sit down and work again.

The best thing about being a writer is sharing my work with others. I love reading and everything it stands for. So if I can write a story that gives someone as much enjoyment as I get from reading, then I feel like I've done my job.

My advice for writers is keep at it! Don't over work yourself, but don't let it go away either. If you have a passion and talent for writing then use that and make your dreams come true.

Currently, I am working on a third novel. This one will be of the YA genre and I cannot wait to share it with my fans!

I look for ideas and inspiration in my everyday surroundings. There are times where I get ideas after a long stretch of reading as well. For the most part though, random ideas just kind of come to me, either at night or very early in the morning.

The way I came up with the idea for my latest book is simple: insomnia! I was up late one night, wanting to really get started on a new book. I knew I wanted it to be a YA too. So far it is coming along very well!
