I do not have a favorite fictional couple. Mostly because I infrequently read fiction!

I was invited to write my last two book publications (very lucky me). So I have had the idea for the book I'm currently working on for a few years. I am just now getting to it and just signed with a publisher. The book tells adventure stories while weaving in the nuances of why athletes do what we do. I'm beyond excited to share this one!

Doing the things I write about inspires me to write. I get excited after a tough adventure or pondering an aspect of human behavior and enjoy sharing my thoughts so I can hopefully hear others thoughts on the same. If I am looking for inspiration, I go out in nature.

I am working on my next book which will be an anthology of adventure stories (non fiction) each with an introspective twist.

Read and write regularly. Read. Write. Repeat.

I am quite curious as to how humans think and therefore act and that is partly why I read. Reading is an inquiry. It is cathartic for me to share with others that same process in myself through my writing and speaking. But the best thing about writing is that it can be very challenging and it can be very flowy and you never know for sure what you will get. I like that element of unknown.

If I have time, I tend to walk away from writing and revisit several hours later or the next day. Or, I'll leave and do a run, bike ride or yoga while clearing my mind. Usually the latter will do the trick.
