Sherri Hayes I've heard the AI audio isn't bad. A friend of mine has a Kindle HD and it will read the book to her even if the book isn't available on audio. It might be something you can look into, then you wouldn't have to wait for a book to be on audio.
Sherri Hayes Hi Gesselyn,
I would love to have the 4th and 5th book in the series produced into audio. Unfortunately, because of it's length, and having two narrators, the cost is extremely high. I have toyed with the idea of doing an AI narration for it so there is at least audio out there, however, most of my readers don't seem to be interested in an AI audio version. What's your position on AI audio books?
Sherri Hayes Frustration inspired me to start writing my first story. I wanted to give a TV couple their happily ever after since the writers of the show weren't. From there it took off and I kept writing.
Sherri Hayes Change is the 5th book in my Finding Anna series. I'd never planned to write it, after 4 books I'd wrapped Stephan and Brianna's story into a nice neat little bow. But my readers had other ideas. They wanted more! So after years of being asked if I'd write more, I got the idea for Change. Strangely enough, the inspiration for this book came from the epilogue of Trust. I'd given a snapshot of their life five years down the road, but I didn't go into detail on how they got there. Change begins to bridge that gap.
Sherri Hayes The best thing about being a writer is that I get to put all the stories into my head down on paper. There's nothing like bringing life to an idea and seeing it develop.
Sherri Hayes I'm currently working on His Forbidden Kiss, a brother's best friend romance, that will be part of my Serpent's Kiss BDSM series. Justin and Kim have been crushing on each other for 17 years and are finally giving in to temptation.
Sherri Hayes There's not one right way to write a story. Know what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then surround yourself with people to help you in areas where you struggle. A good team can make the difference between a decent book and a great one.

Sherri Hayes I'm actually working on that at the moment. My goal is to have a box set for The Daniels Brothers and for Finding Anna up before the end of the year.
Sherri Hayes I wrote a novella set in my Finding Anna world recently. It's about Logan and Lily and takes place shortly before Slave starts. The story is currently part of a BDSM anthology called Dominant Persuasions.

I do plan on writing some novella length books set in my Finding Anna world in the future, but I don't have a date for when those are going to be written or published. At the moment I'm working on a story for my Serpent's Kiss series and preparing to release a novella in another anthology that features a character in my Daniels Brothers series.
Sherri Hayes Right now Trust, along with the rest of my Finding Anna Series, is still under contract with a publisher. They decided against making an audio of the fourth book. I'm hoping after I get the rights back I'll be able to have the audio created, but it will greatly depend on funds.
Sherri Hayes Yes. In fact, I'm in the process of writing his story right now and I'm hoping to have it available before the end of the year.
Sherri Hayes I may write some short stories with Stephan and Brianna in the future, but nothing is set in stone at this point. Readers will, however, get to see at least one of them in an upcoming Serpent's Kiss book.

As for Lilly and Logan, I don't have any plans to write a book featuring them at this time. If I write any short stories with Stephan and Brianna, then they will most likely make an appearance.

At the moment I am concentrating on finishing the last book in my Daniels Brothers Series and working on the second novel in my Serpent's Kiss Series.
Sherri Hayes There are lots of things I add to stories that are real, but this one isn't. The book with Ronnie and Jake is completely made up.
Sherri Hayes I recently wrote a blog post about writer's block. Here is a little of that.

I've been writing professionally for three and a half years now, and in that time I've met some great authors. Although our writing processes are all different, how we deal with difficulty writing usually falls along the same lines.

-Are you stressed about something? Is life getting in the way? If so, take some time and deal with it. Trying to force a story when you're not in a good emotional place isn't going to work for you or your characters.

-Try taking a walk. It's amazing what something as simple as getting away from your computer and raising your heart rate a little can do to get those mental juices flowing.

-Make sure you're writing the story your characters want told. If every word is a struggle, you need to reevaluate the direction of your story.

-Take a deep breath. Sounds simple, but writing should be enjoyable. You should be excited to see the story unfold on the page. If you're not, you need to figure out why.

-Find someone you can bounce ideas off of. Close friends, beta readers, critique partners...their all good for this. Sometimes all you need is to start talking the story out with someone to get things moving again.
