I really want to read your book Never Always Sometimes, but I'm not sure of how age appropriate it would be for me. I'm only 12 but enjoy reading books meant for people older than me. What age recommendation would you give the book? Sorry to take your time.

Honestly, how did these characters come into mind when you were writing Let's Get Lost? I'm a junior in high school, and honestly have recommended this book over and over again to all of my friends. I am still currently in the process of reading this book, and so far it has been so amazing! I really can't wait till the next book that you write comes out! Thank you so much!

Are you actually serious with Never Always Sometimes? Do you actually enjoy breaking other people's hearts?! There better be a sequel in the works or I might actually need xanax. Hi Adi! I thought your book 'lets get lost' was perfection. I've never read a book which has made me want to go and explore. It has made me want to try and help as many people as I can because I know now that even one small thing can change everything. I am going to read 'somewhere over the sun' next, I'm really looking forward to it. Are you going to write any more similar books to 'lets get lost'? Thanks! - Laura x

Hi, I really love your book lets get lost And I was wandering what your purpose of the book? and what was your inspiration behind it?
Adi Alsaid Thank you!

I don't know if I'd say there was a specific purpose. There was a book in me that had to get out, this particular collection of stories. Each character's section had its own inspirations, but the major one was my own road tripping experiences, as well as my desire to tell stories from as many perspectives as possible. I loved the idea of a story about a girl on a road trip told through the eyes of the people she meets along the way.

I loved your first book, Let's Get Lost and I was wondering if you were ever going to write another book like it? Loved it a lot though. Oh and what inspired you to write this book?
Adi Alsaid Thank you! My next book is coming out this summer, though it's not exactly like Let's Get Lost. I think readers of LGL should enjoy it, though! I hope.

This book was partially inspired by my travels and road trips, as well as the desire to tell a road trip story from the point of view of people not on the road trip.

have you ever thought about writing a book in Spanish?
Adi Alsaid Not really. For whatever reason, despite growing up speaking Spanish and Hebrew, English feels like my native tongue. It's where I feel at home. I don't think I'm a good enough writer in Spanish.
