Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Suzanne F. Kingsmill I didn't get the final 'denouement' idea for Crazy Dead until almost the last chapter! There is a lot of free flow of ideas when I write and as such, I cannot write to an outline, because surprising things can happen that take me down a completely unexpected path. The good ideas often seem to come from nowhere.
