Nick and Nora Charles - from the Thin Man Mysteries. And you shouldn't need to ask why if you have ever seen one of their movies. Funny, smart, great interaction and always surrounded by a great mystery. Wonderful stuff.

Oh, it was definitely my choice. Since I was old enough to read Agatha Christie at my grandmother's house, mystery has been my chosen genre. I have written a non-fiction novel with lots of humor and I do my best to mix humor in to my mystery novels while keeping the story serious. Not everyone thinks they go well together, but I do. My novels are heavily character based and not so much violence - that's what I enjoy and that's what i write.
