Vic Kerry I'm trying to read the complete Stephen King, so something by him. I'm not sure which title yet.
Vic Kerry I'll tell you where I wouldn't travel: Wonderland. I hate Alice and Wonderland. Ironically, I had to teach a modern retelling of the story to my 8th LA class and hated every single minute of it.

Vic Kerry I'm revising a novel, and writing a short adventure/horror novel, which is a sequel to another book I hope to begin revising soon. I never tell tidbits about works in progress. I consider it bad luck.
Vic Kerry Have a good day job. I worked for years as a psychotherapist on a psychiatric unit. I made enough money to live on, and those years has given me a lifetime of ideas to draw from. Now, I'm a teacher. So far, the kids have given half a lifetime of characters as models. It also pays the bills.

The other advice is cliche. Write.
Vic Kerry I've only had writer's block one time. It lasted a while. I didn't really do anything to deal with it. Inspiration just wouldn't come. I don't believe in forcing it, so I wanted it out. Something popped into my head.
