I have have just finished my second Science Fiction novel, "Synthia." This is a follow up to my first Science Fiction novel, "Valerye." I am currently exploring concepts for my next Science Fiction novel. At this point, it will be a more in-depth dystopian story set in the future. I am defining the basic elements of the story before I begin writing. I will see if there can be a shorter story I can write in the meantime too. I do enjoy creating the covers using 3D modeling software.

Several years ago, I was awaiting the release of a ghost related movie associated with a theme park ride (I do not want to specify exactly which movie). While the movie was okay, it had me thinking about what would have made it better. From these thoughts, I was able to come up with the concept for my first novel, "The Heir to Winston Manor."
For the Science Fiction novels, I try to stay on top of technology trends and then imagine where the overall technology is heading. This can lead to stories that may be maybe ten to fifteen years away or ones that are much further into the future. I do see the potential issues that some of this technology could have. Some of the stories may highlight some of these potential issues.

For my latest short story, "Disconnect" I do not remember a specific moment of when the idea came to me, but it may have been during a power outage. I came up with the concept several years ago and recorded it on an idea document I keep adding ideas to when I have them. The rest of the story fell into place when I came up with how a ghost could be involved with this and tried to include something positive in the situation as well.
