Gail Hedrick I ignore it-really! It's the only thing that works for me-if it's really bad I pick a word and free write for 20 minutes. Once words are flowing, just keep going on whatever you are currently working on. Or, I go for a walk-not with an iPod, or talking on my phone-I call it 'veg time' and just enjoy the outside-words will flow.
