Right now I've committed myself to writing a blog EVERY day until I turn 40 next August. No one is holding me accountable for this except myself. But I'm doing it to prove to myself that (making the time for) writing or not writing is always a choice.
Of course there are days when I just don't feel like writing anything. But if I write something - even a paragraph, even a bad paragraph, it keeps that momentum going.
Now... if only I could attempt this sort of routine with exercise...
