Kathy Goodhew The idea for my most recent work (book 3 of 'The Hidden Ones' fantasy series) took a year to formulate. I had no intention to continue the series until a young lady continually pestered me so many times I decided to delve once again into my imaginary world of fairies.

Kathy Goodhew For starters, don't ever give up. Begin by jotting down each idea whenever it pops into your head. When you've amassed enough to suit your needs then you can begin to organize those ideas into a rough draft so you can better see where you want to go and how you plan to get there. Be careful not to box yourself into a corner.

Kathy Goodhew If writer's block comes on I step away from the computer and either go for a walk and observe the animals or sleep on it until I am nudged by a thought or a dream.
