The seed of inspiration for all my works always begins with a quest to share hope. That is always easier said than done. I always try to weave hope into my projects, and offer a safe place for readers to spend some cozy time. Hopefully, these ideas of mine blooms positively.

It took years to find the right POV for my Legatee books, the perfect voice to tell my superhero's story. Once I discovered a voice amongst the Winds, I named her Viola. Only then, did my story begin to truly form.

There was a balloon left at our doorstep a few days ago. My dad tossed it out before he told my mom or I...our neighbor didn't receive one, therefore it is unlikely an advertisement stunt.

I have the habit of blocking out the world when I'm out and about (I mean, a family member could walk right pass me and I would miss them if I hadn't expected to see them). This is true unless I am working on a character, or trying to find a dress style I need for one of my characters. It helps me to watch real people to learn movements, traits, talking patterns, the way cloths (as in material type) move on people, etc. Don't watch people in a creepy way LOL. I learned this from reading an article written for actresses/actors. This has helped me countless times when I am building up my characters, be it their general descriptions, or as I continue to describe them throughout their journey as I write out their stories. Take the information you collect and either combine them for one character, separate for multiple characters, or save for future characters. It also comes in handy to take a description you have collected and write it out in different ways, therefore it can be reused across several characters.

I'd like a trip into Garth Nix's Old Kingdom world (and be related to the Abhorsen/Clayr families while there ;-). Love those books.
C.E. Cannery
I remember absolutely loving Sabriel when I was a kid. I don't remember much of the story now (time for a re-read) but I do remember that I wanted to
