Do something different. Go for a walk; do some gardening. Or tackle it head on by doing some freefall writing, i.e., sit in front of your computer and just write whatever comes into your head. Or start from one word such as "anger" and keep writing for 15 minutes. Do not stop to think or correct typos or word choice. This will help unlock your writer's block.
