I would go forward in time to the Star Trek era. I love the original series, the sinoffs and movies. There have also been many books written based on Star Trek. I'd love to go exploring the universe with Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock and the gang.

I have done quite a bit of genealogy research, always coming to a dead end with my three times great grandfather in my father's maternal line. Finding answers about this man could make an exciting plot for a book, especially if someone didn't want the answers found. Ooh, romantic suspense!

Hi Elizabeth. Thank you for contacting me. Your work sounds intriguing. I also write historical romance, as well as romantic suspense, all with paranormal elements. (As in psychic characters and apocalyptic prophesies.) Happy endings are implicit in our genres, although in my current series, Romancing the Guardians, each book ends with a "happy for now" ending leading to a final conflict between good and evil in the final book. It's a juggling act!

Sometimes I listen to music, usually instrumental. I write every day, so mainly it's simply a matter of opening my laptop, reviewing the last few paragraphs I wrote the day before and moving on.

Decoding Michaela is the second book in my Romancing the guardians series. Since it's a continuation of the story, the ideas came from book one, Rescuing Lara.
