William Wittmann The trick for me is to connect to wordlessness and oneness. I can do that by practicing mindfulness. Drawing, sketching, painting work for me as you can tell by the number of books I have written on how to use art to connect to the Sacred.

My book -- Creative Problem Solving: How to Solve Problems and Make Critical Decisions by Connecting to the Transcendent Present Moment outlines how to do it yourself. I use this method all the time.

And taking a walk in nature always clears my brains.

Drawing helps me to clean my brains too. You'll note that I've written books advocating sketching and drawing.

One has the working title - I Know I'm Crazy.

The other deals with the healing power that the love of place has.
William Wittmann Most of the ideas for my books come from puzzles my clients are engaged in.

Or ones I'm solving for myself.

The two books I'm working on now, gelled on a hike in a magic landscape in Eastern Washington.
