K.S. Brixey Of course, I would go to Avenrand. I would explore the cave and try to find the Looking Pond. I am curious who would be there looking back at me!
K.S. Brixey Seeing a project come to fruition and anticipating the reactions from the readers. I remember as child taking all my poetry to my mom and sitting on pins and needles waiting for her response. I think the best thing about being a writer is having a reader!

K.S. Brixey My dear friends were going to bring their son, I think he was 5 at the time, out to visit my horses at my ranch. But he got sick and was never able to come. I invented a little girl, Lina, who visted him in the hospital and told him the stories of the horses that lived in Avenrand.
