I am presently working on three books. One is written and will soon be sent to the copy editor. It is called Beginning , Middle, and End: A Three Step Solution to Employee Job Satisfaction although I might think a title change would be good.

Even if I only have a snippet of an idea, I just begin to write words, even if it is in the middle of a sentence. It is amazing how once you just get writing, ideas and images will start materializing. I find then I can't write fast enough to catch them all. Then I go back and throw out, edit and keep what works. But get something down. The next day when you are in the zone, you'll be surprised at how much material you have to fly with.
