I can’t think of any typical mystery but there are all kinds of mysterious twists and turns in this road I’ve been traveling called life. For example, how did all my ancestors eventually wind up here in the United States to produce my grandparents, parents, and then me at the particular times they did? How did all the events come together so that I was born when I was? And why did I make the choices I made which brought me to where I am today? All mysteries, and all in the divine plan of God. Could that be a plot for a book? Perhaps science fiction or fantasy perhaps?

Probably Middle-earth from Lord of the Rings. I would visit Rivendell, the home of elves. So beautiful and romantic!

Oh my, I don't even know! I have a huge pile of books on a low table in my bedroom that I want to read, so I will just pick from the pile, one at a time, something that strikes my fancy. What kinds of books are in the pile? There's romance, mystery, how-to, biography, and probably others. I don't want to plan my summer. . .I'll just wing it!

The absolute best thing is to see your published work for the first time. It's also pretty wonderful to get positive feedback on your writing. The worst thing, I think, is the constant, nagging urge to write. It never goes away.

I am currently working on revisions for my second novel, the sequel to Night Keeper. Of course, I have dozens of novel and book ideas swirling in my head!
