Eric Wade Storytelling! Humans have shared knowledge, drama, joy, and experience over thousands of years through engaging storytelling.
Eric Wade This might not work for everyone but for me - start writing anyway.

The physical act of putting pen to paper or fingertips to keys means you're overcoming one part of blockage. Sure, you still have to come up with creative and engaging copy... but you're at least in the arena and battling.

Then write a sentence that states a goal. It can be what your protagonist wants to accomplish or it can be a non-fiction issue that can be improved... just put your fingers in charge and keep going until the brain sees how happy you are to be writing again and takes over from there!
Eric Wade As unfair as it is to answer a question with a question... I'm going to!
By 'aspiring' do you mean - aspiring, but having trouble getting started?
Or do you mean - aspiring, and everything is going great but I still want advice?

One way to help with getting started is to give yourself a smaller task to tackle first... such as a chapter. Or an outline. Or maybe even just nail down a fantastic anecdote or paragraph.

And if you're not having trouble getting started but you still want advice, I'd say to think as big as you possibly can. Whatever you're working on, the world wants you to deliver on and use your creativity to surprise us with how far you can take your idea.
