This is such a hard question to answer. I guess my favorite will always go back to Tobias and Rachel in "Animorphs". Their romance started as mutual attraction that turned into a slow burning flame that pushed through everything up until the very end.

Oh, I always have a new series planned! I've got a couple of science fiction ideas that I'm playing around with at the moment. One involves cloning and another quantum physics. I just got some really cool ideas for the latter idea in terms of character backstories. ;)
