I still have writers block... lol. But I just keep writing. It does have to be a for a book but it can be a email to someone. When ever I have a idea I make sure I write a note in my phone.

Don't be hard on yourself. Just write. Take your time and do research on the subject your writing. Before you publish get a few people to read your work and get feedback. Before I publish my first book 4 people read it to get different perspectives.

Right now I am working on a spin off to The Unsacred Gift focusing on two characters that everyone love to hate so much. I will not say their names. However, if you read the book you will know who I am talking about.

I would write songs when I was younger and poetry. I didn't get into writing until later in life. Going to collage played a big part of it. I remember I had a class were I had to write a 700 word paper one week, and a 1400 word paper the next week. So I was writing all the time and I think that helped me out.
The inspiration didn't come until I started reading more young adult books. I though to myself, I can do this, and so I did.
