I have always been writing something! My inspiration comes from a whisper in my soul that compels me to get my thoughts out if my head and down on paper. When the inspiration is deep, I feel compelled to put my thoughts out there in my blog, Twitter, or Facebook !

My intention is to write a book for parents on how to raise compassionate kids. I've been compiling some "Midge's Mumblings" on this topic that I do every Monday on Face Book. I'd love to put these jewels in a book along with some daily practices parents could do to make this happen in their family.

ICE CUBE AWARD was inspired by a young boy I worked with who had anger issues and he came up with an idea of wearing an ice cube to keep him cool! The concept of ICE CUBE AWARD was formed!
