I read advice from an author once and I thought, at first, it was pretty dumb. He said, "Rewrite your last page." Trash your current writing and rewrite? Sacrifice progress for perfection? So, I modified it. I go back, tweak my last page, and rewrite the last paragraph. Works every time.
