Margo stumbled, blurry-eyed, to the kitchen and reached or the coffee. The canister was empty.

Hi Elaine - sorry for the very late reply! I was taking a bit of a break from writing to give my brain a breather and then got taken out by shoulder injury/surgery. But I have re-started The Scandalous Lord Grenville and hope to have it released by this coming Christmas (2019). So glad you're enjoying the series. I'm already thinking of what comes next following the end of the Sins & Scandals Series so stay tuned! :)

@Jultri - you're in luck, as The Outlaw Bride will soon be re-released (hopefully this year!) as I've regained the rights to it.

Sorry - I'm way behind in my answering of questions! Here is the thing - do you love to write? That is the backbone of everything. You need to write from a place inside of you where you feel this undeniable pull to tell stories. Don't worry about getting published, worry about telling the best story you can. Focus on that. Then, once that part of the equation is completed, move on to the publishing part. The great thing about the industry now is that the writer now has the ability to be their own publisher, to take control of their own work and not wait for someone else to 'discover' them. By all means, if traditional publishing is something you truly want to do, take all the steps to get there. Have a good critique partner or beta readers to give you feedback, even hire an independent editor who can give you feedback that will put you that much further ahead. Don't worry about statistics or percentages. Don't weigh your writing mojo down with thinking about what people say 'can't' happen. Think of the possibilities of what can happen. Then write a damn good book. And when you're finished that great book, write another one. Focus on the writing. Without that, the all the rest of it is a moot point. Be creative. Then worry about the business end of things afterwards.

Thanks, Toni. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm busy at work on Book 5, Surrender to Scandal at the moment, so the series continues... :)

The idea for my current work-in-progress came while writing An Invitation to Scandal (Book 1: Sins & Scandals Series). It answers the question of who Nicholas's father truly is and whatever happened to him...

I'm currently working on Book 3 in the Sins & Scandals Series titled A Sinful Temptation which finally gives us a bit more of an in depth view into the life of Mr. Marcus Bowen. As often is the case, still waters run deep.
