Danny Mac I tried to write the books to be read individually but they are linked. The main story will not be affected by not reading the second but there are some nuances that might be missed. Thank you for reading them. I have the fourth in the series coming out this summer.
Danny Mac The closes I come to romance is The Six Loves of Jack Brown. It is a life-long love story between Jack and Sarah. It finishes with Jack losing her to cancer and spending his remaining years searching for God. 4.8 rating and Amazon and 4.2 on Goodreads.

Danny Mac In 1984, Two friends and I drank too much but decided to make a run for more beer. On the way back to my friends house, he took a turn much too fast and we rolled the car. My friend cracked his head and I dislocated my shoulder. The third friend had minor bumps and bruises. This even easily could have been a tragedy of three paralyzed men struggling through life. Then again, it could have made a good ghost story where we haunt that intersection throughout eternity. The mystery is: Why did God protect me in this moment?
Danny Mac I am not very imaginative. People would ask me what I see when looking up.

My tendency is to see life in an analytic terms and have trouble relating to objects in the abstract. I tell you this so you understand, it is not from me my stories originate. I can only credit God placing in my dreams the fantastic and surreal moments for me to parse together into a story the next day.

Danny Mac A series of dreams dating back over thirty years ago. Recently the dreams changed tying all the short stories into a single book.
Danny Mac I have strange dreams lasting several minutes where I know the characters but they are new to me. I know there history and often the outcome. The dream is the apex of the story.

Danny Mac Long drives by myself. There is something about the open road that opens my mind.
Danny Mac Invite a friend over for dinner and they help clean up afterwards. I find them scrubbing my cast iron pans to the shiny metal and removing all the season from the pan.
