I tried to write the books to be read individually but they are linked. The main story will not be affected by not reading the second but there are some nuances that might be missed. Thank you for reading them. I have the fourth in the series coming out this summer.

The closes I come to romance is The Six Loves of Jack Brown. It is a life-long love story between Jack and Sarah. It finishes with Jack losing her to cancer and spending his remaining years searching for God. 4.8 rating and Amazon and 4.2 on Goodreads.

My first book is a contemporary fiction/romance about Jack and six women describing his life, joy, and heartache. See The Six Loves of Jack Brown
My next three books are a fantasy series called The Flying People. It features three people gaining supernatural powers only to discover supernatural villains to fight. See The Nonentity, The Genuine Daughter, and The Fighting Son

In 1984, Two friends and I drank too much but decided to make a run for more beer. On the way back to my friends house, he took a turn much too fast and we rolled the car. My friend cracked his head and I dislocated my shoulder. The third friend had minor bumps and bruises. This even easily could have been a tragedy of three paralyzed men struggling through life. Then again, it could have made a good ghost story where we haunt that intersection throughout eternity. The mystery is: Why did God protect me in this moment?

I am not very imaginative. People would ask me what I see when looking up.
Clouds is my reply.
What more do you see, they ask.
Cumulonimbus, trying to discern their question.
My tendency is to see life in an analytic terms and have trouble relating to objects in the abstract. I tell you this so you understand, it is not from me my stories originate. I can only credit God placing in my dreams the fantastic and surreal moments for me to parse together into a story the next day.

(view spoiler)[I have an anthology of short stories compiled over the past twenty years. I have a avid reader reviewing the stories as to quality, tone, and interest. When she finishes her review, I will send to editor for grammar, text, and flow.
The next story in the Flying People series has the first draft done. This will fit closer to speculative fiction rather than fantasy although both are covered in the book. This brings more Biblical as to scientific speculation in its reasoning for the fights and actions. A good friend with a sound Biblical background is looking it over for errors in theology and doctrine. Also hope to find areas that need explaining while seeing parts that are too wordy.
I'll keep everyone up to date. (hide spoiler)]

Invite a friend over for dinner and they help clean up afterwards. I find them scrubbing my cast iron pans to the shiny metal and removing all the season from the pan.
