I worked as a costumed interpreter for a living history center set in the mid 1800's, directly after the Civil War. I kept thinking it would be interesting to go back in time as a modern person and that's where the idea sprang from.

I'm a romance author, so I'll go watch a romantic comedy or read a book to get me in the mood. Sometimes, when I'm on a deadline, I force myself to just put something down and then go back and edit/revise it later.

Writing the stories in my head! I have a big imagination so have always enjoyed creating stories for others to enjoy. I love being independent too and writing full time gives me the chance to spend more time with my family.

Currently in the finishing stages of getting Book one in the Wild Romance Series ready to publish. It's been a fun series to create and I can't wait for readers to check out Holly & Mark's story in Wild Imaginings. I've already started writing Book Two and I'll update you more as I get further along in that process.
