The new combo has around 5-7k words added to it to go with the new cover. I always try to add 'some' content if I am going to be updating the cover. So, what was added really doesn't change the story so there is no reason for you to purchase the latest release if you are on a budget.
However, if you enjoyed the kink in Not for Sale & Highest Bidder (now Undercover Love), you might want to check out my novel Fire & Ice is you haven't already. That is set in my Guns & Hoses universe and can be read as a stand alone novel.

The next I.N.E.T. will be out toward the end of the summer (as I have AWOL (Mad Dogs 6) and another Guns & Hoses coming out first). The next book is going to be primarily Hunter & Payne's book. however, Knight & Slade are in it and we get to find out what is up with Knight and all those references to his sister.

Sadly, there are no plans for a sequel... originally I thought the characters would keep talking, but they just stopped. I hope one day they will start again because there is still so much I want to know about what happens next!

The series is open ended at the moment. Each book is it's own story/mission for the Mad Dogs and the series develops based on the changes (if any) or events that surround the Mad Dogs. So, I really don't know how many book this series will end up being. I do know what the next 2 books are going to be about and because of the plot of the 2nd one, I know there will be a third more than likely. As long as they keep talking, I'll keep writing :)

PS I know what you mean about series and wanting to read them once they are finished. Sadly, there were several fantasy series (Wheel of Time for one) that spanned over 20 years that I would never enjoyed if I waited (I would have forgotten about the series altogether in that time!). I doubt the Mad Dogs will run that long, but I just don't know :)

There is a sequel which is John's book. It's called Shattered Illusions and in my Shadows universe. There is also another Guns & Hoses book with Flame's cousin, called Fire & Ice.

Mad Dogs book 5 is currently being written. It should be released this fall. It's looking like Sept. If you want to keep up with the unit's daily life, they have a facebook page.

I just finished Guns & Hoses and am now working on Extraction (Mad Dogs #3).

Ummm... I've never really had writers block. If the story doesn't flow, I don't force it and will put it aside. I have several unfinished books because the characters just stopped talking to me. Once they start again, I guess their stories will be finished.

For me, conventions. Hands down this is my favorite thing about being an author. I love meeting people!

Write what you know and don't force the story! If it doesn't flow naturally, your readers will know.
