Debbie Bishop My most recent book, "What is the meaning of life? YOU" is a compliation of all that I learned so far. I was raised in metaphysics and took self-help courses and read many books on spirituality. I see that some people struggle and have blocks to the lives they want. I noticed that there are many coaches online that will help for a fee. I took courses and some of these new teachers look "good" but I wanted to help in my small way. So I put a book together with simple exercises anyone can do to delete their blocks and change their lives. I put the main exercise in my synopsis for people to read for free. I felt guided as I wrote it, and I am grateful. I gave a few books away to people that had depression and they said it helped them. I love that. People are wonderful. I hope when people read "YOU" they take the simple, easy steps and better their own lives.
Debbie Bishop I feel like someone is helping me. Sometimes I just get ideas and when I write, it's like the characters write their own dialog. I get inspired from researching real science, technology and history then the fictional story pops in my mind and I write it down. I feel very lucky and really enjoy writing stories.
Debbie Bishop I am writing the next story arc for the Black Tide series. Also, the spinoff series, Dier (DR) The Original Draconian Warrior. DR is over 12,500 years old and always sides with the underdog in events that changed things for the better.
Debbie Bishop Stories are everywhere. I look at photos from around the world and love to imagine the people that lived there during various times in history. When I write my books, I am usually inspired by something in our real world. I do research, then create a believable backdrop for the fictional story. I like to look at lives from different perspectives. "One person's enemy is another's hero" sort of thing. I enjoy exploring events from all sides and writing a story that encompasses diverse aspects.
