It can help to first figure out why you're feeling blocked, which sometimes stems from anxiety or procrastination. If you're anxious or procrastinating, the best suggestion I have is to sit down and force yourself to write anything, starting with simple exercises. For example, find an object that interests you and write a description of it. Write a character description. Write about your character interacting with the object. Other things that might spark creativity are changing the location where you're writing, listening to or viewing something stimulating, and outlining the story.
