At the time, I had just removed some limiting beliefs that I didn't realise I had, so I thought...
"Who the hell am I?"
So I found out and I noticed that most people have an underlying belief that they're not good enough to achieve the success they seek, so the title, "Who the Hell Are You?" was born.
