I have not yet (and hope never to) suffer from writer's block. I always pitch my stories verbally to a few different people who I know will give me honest feedback before I write, as this helps me to really get my ideas in order. I don't write copious drafts, but tell it numerous times. Then, it's like sitting down and typing out a movie I know really well.
