I started writing when I was 11 years old, and thoroughly (and obnoxiously) obsessed with Star Trek. *lol* If you'd like to read the whole rather funny story, you can find it on my blog at: http://dellavanhise.blogspot.com/2014...

Meditation. If I'm struggling with writer's block, I'll often sit up in bed, either late at night or upon first waking up in the morning, and focus on the thingsw I WANT to write. Sort of like giving myself a pep talk. If that doesn't work (though it usually does, over a period of a few days at most), I will sometimes force myself to go to the computer, read through whatever project I'm working on, and then just put down one more sentence. When I can do that, it usually breaks through the blockage.

I've loved Star Trek since the 1960s. Still a Trekkie, and still loving it, even when it gets a little too dark for me, at times.

Louis and Lestat (Anne Rice) would be close to the top of the list. I realize they aren't officially a "couple," but from someone who wrote a lot of fan fiction over the years, it's not hard to extrapolate that they're a bit more than just friends. I mean... how could it be otherwise? When someone is your creator - literally saving you from your mortality - how could you not fall in love with them? And, of course... I'm sure there's a love/hate thing going on at times, too.
From the classics... Romeo and Juliet. I'm a sucker for the tragedies.
