If I could travel to any fictional book world, I would choose Narnia. I’ve always loved how it hides just beyond the edges of our world; behind a wardrobe door, inside a painting, or through a ring dropped in a quiet pool. The idea that an ordinary moment could open into something extraordinary has always enchanted me. So many possibilities!
I imagine stepping through and feeling the air change; crisp and golden, full of pine and wildflowers. I’d wander through sunlit forests where the trees seem to whisper and talk with wise old animals who’ve seen centuries of magic. I think I’d ride across wide green fields on the back of a talking horse, discover forgotten ruins, and maybe even stand beneath the stars while Aslan’s song echoes faintly through the night.
Just the thought of it makes the world feel bigger, as if wonder could be waiting anywhere, if only I knew where to look.
Oh boy, this stupid I know but when I was younger, I even used to check the back of my closets with my eyes closed, just in case a doorway to Narnia or anywhere, in fact, was waiting.

I’ve always been the kind of person who collects little facts about everything; places I’ve lived, people I’ve met, random bits of history. Because of that, if I had to pick a mystery from my own life that could be a plot for a book, it would be the strange coincidences that keep linking me to some people in completely different places.
It’s like I’ll move to a new city, thinking I’m starting fresh, and then bump into someone who somehow already knows a friend of mine from years ago, or who once lived in the same city as I did or went to the same school. It almost feels like an invisible thread is pulling certain people back into my life no matter where I go.
