Virginia S. Anderson I'm working on my "Sarah" series. I'm updating and revising the first book, tentatively titled Surfing the Bones. Here's my pitch:

University professor Sarah Crockett’s daughter Christa disappeared five years ago. Since then, she’s been begging the police to investigate her conviction that her ex-husband, Eric, molested and abducted his own child. It’s a losing battle—losing, that is, until software tycoon Russell Pierce promises to help her if she’ll help him deal with his estranged daughter Thomasina. The only catch—Russell is on trial for killing his wife, Tommy’s mom, and there’s a good chance that the reason he wants to find Tommy is to find out what she knows. He may even be the mysterious cyberstalker who’s trying to drive Tommy to the brink of suicide.

And I'm deep into Book 2 of the series: Out of the blue, Sarah gets the chance to nail her ex-husband that she's been waiting for. But how many other children's lives will she put in danger to bring him to justice? What is her vengeance worth?
Virginia S. Anderson I very seldom have writer's block when I'm actively working on a project, and since I have many projects back-burnered, I usually find that I can produce text. My trick is to make each day's quota not just doable, but absurdly doable. I set very easy goals that I can always stick with: right now, just a single college-ruled notebook page. Usually, I have to stop myself at three or more pages. . . . That easy start gets me to sit down and get going. Then the characters start talking, and we're off!
