I listen to music, usually. I don't get writer's block very often, and when I do, it's usually because I'm tired and need to sleep. Afternoon naps seem to help. I usually wake up refreshed and ready to go.

Don't be afraid to write, and put your work "out there." Make sure that you have a good editor that you can trust. And above all, don't be discouraged if you get a few bad reviews. It happens to everyone.
