Just keep going. Write and then write again. Everytime I write something, I get better at it. Also, write what you love, even if it never sees the light of day. Write something you enjoy reading.

I stop writing and I read something. Preferably something that informs whatever type of story I'm reading on. Exercise and sleep tend to help too, but after that, I force myself to write, even if it's only a little.
