Shelly Crane I don't have a release date for UF. I work on it when I'm able to and hope to have it done soon. I've been dealing with a lot of health issues but I'm trying to get it done for you guys asap. I explained everything that's been going on with me in this post, link below, if you'd like to give it a read.
Thank you! I'm so glad that you guys are excited about UF!! I'm hoping and praying that it'll be in your hands in no time. :)

Shelly Crane Oh, yes! Of course. As soon as I finish up the new Significance book, Undeniably Fated I will "probably" begin the next book in the Oxygen series. I have TONS of book ideas written in my notebooks. I really hope I'm able to get to some of them one day!
Thank you!!
Shelly Crane I went to answer the doorbell, pulling my messy hair into a bun quickly to make myself presentable, but when I opened the door, there was no one there. There was only a small red box on my welcome mat, with a handwritten note on top that said "You're next."
Shelly Crane Hi, Zoe!

I'm getting to it one day, I promise. :) Right now I'm writing the new Significance book. I've been having some health issues so writing has slowed down from what I used to be able to do, but it's coming. Thanks for reading!
Shelly Crane Hi!

It's one of the new books I'm working on but I haven't said much (anything) about it to the public. More info will be coming about it soon, promise! I already have the cover and everything so it IS a go :) More soon!

Thank you!

Shelly Crane Hi, Patricia!

I gave an update on my website that explains what's been going on with me and what I have planned for the books. It is pretty long-winded so you can just go check it out if you like! :) http://shellycrane.blogspot.com/2019/...

Thank you!

Shelly Crane I do!!!!

Before I was a writer, I used to get so frustrated with the authors I was reading. And then I became a writer, and got some health issues, and had to start juggling all the things in my life, plus my family. It can get crazy sometimes :) So I'm sorry. I've tried to be pretty open about most of the health stuff going on with me (My tumor, etc) and have apologized for being late and not being able to give release dates because of it. I work when I can. It sucks, I know. It sucks for me, too. I wish I could write as fast as I did in the beginning. Those were the days!

Alas. It's not to be. Sorry! I hope you'll stick around for more of the books in the future. P.S. I don't have an official day for release, but Undeniably Fated is scheduled to release in the Spring. It was announced when the new series covers were revealed. I hope this helps answer some of your questions!

Best wishes and happy endings,
Shelly Crane

Shelly Crane Hahaha! Um, thank you?? :) I'm glad you're "enjoying" it.

And as for HEA authors, um... Fisher Amelie, Rachel Higginson, Amber Garza, Michelle Leighton, and a ton more. If you go to My Fav Books list here on Goodreads, link below, there are a ton of books there and they are most HEA because that's what I love. Enjoy!

Shelly Crane Hi there,

Not sure where you're looking and buying your books from, but at all Amazons, a paperback copy of Significance is $13.99 and that price hasn't changed since I've published. Other people/vendors do get copies of authors books, not just mine everybody's, and resell them online for more money. But that isn't me and that isn't Amazon. Don't worry about those.

Anytime you have a problem like this, you can email me. No problem.

Shelly Crane Hi, Verdana,

Yes, I'm writing it now so it's not out yet. :) Anytime you have questions about when a book is coming out, etc, you can usually go to the author's website and they'll have a lot of that information laid out for you there to make it easy.

I don't have a release date so following my website is the best way to keep updated. Thank you so much for your questions and for reading.

Best wishes and happy endings,

Shelly Crane I know it's cliche' and practically half of the literary world says this is their favorite, too, but mine is Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennett. Not only do I love that book and them as a couple, but my husband and I, who I've been married to for almost 16 years and still love like crazy, didn't like each other when we met either. Or rather, he didn't like me. :) Our towns were rival towns and he assumed I was just one of those "town girls", but he didn't know that I had moved their a few months before that and didn't want anything to do with that town. Eventually, it all worked out, but to me, he's my Mr. Darcy. So I adore them.

Best wishes and happy endings,

Shelly Crane Book 2 of the Oxygen series will come after I'm done writing the next Significance book, Undeniably Fated, which I'm working on now.

Thanks!
Shelly Crane Hi, Louisa!

Well, I personally like to write without an outline. I'm a pantser. But maybe you would benefit from plotting and outlining your story so you can see it in your head and know where you're going.

But I sit down and write, just write and keep going, even if it doesn't make sense sometimes, even if I don't love everything I'm typing. You just keep writing. You edit later, you fix things, you can delete or add entire chapters later if need be. But you keep writing until your characters tell you their story is done. Or at least done for now.

New writers are too hard on themselves sometimes because they feel like it has to be perfect right out of the gate, as it leaves their mind and lands on the page, or it's junk. But that's not how great stories are made.

Just. Keep. Writing.

Then you start your reread and fix all the little holes and problems and things that don't make sense. No one writes a perfect story. But a perfect story can be made with a lot of editing and a lot of rereads and a lot of long hours.

I wish you nothing but good things for you and your stories, Louisa!

Shelly Crane Hi, Danielle!

I don't have a release date. I'm working on the book while dealing with some things in my life, and once it gets closer to being done, I'll let you guys know. Then I can give a date. Make sure you're following my social medias or website. That's where I'll be handing out that information. Also, I do teasers and things over, too. Thank you!

Best wishes and happy endings,

Shelly Crane Hey, Ashley!

I've had several bloggers and several readers tell me that they thought so, or did so. So except for all the magic stuff and where it comes from and how the other people in the story how their gifts, etc, you could read the story as a stand-alone technically. But I personally wouldn't recommend it. :)

Best wishes and happy endings!
Shelly Crane
Shelly Crane I LOVE them. I've loved them ever since I was a little girl and thought that Maggie should love them, too. I don't always put myself into books, but that was one thing I felt should be immortalized :)
Shelly Crane Hi, Sara!

I will be announcing who the POV for each of the new books are for as they come. :) Rodney may be getting a book. I haven't told the readers yes or no about any character because it's going to be a surprise as the books come. ON Monday Feb 22, I'll be announcing the couple for Undeniably Fated, and release the synopsis. So stay tuned to my social media pages or my website! :)

Best wishes and happy endings,
Shelly Crane
